Diane L. Dunton M.S., President of Potential Released Consulting Services, has over 25 years of business and human resource experience. Ms. Dunton assists organizations in creating compelling strategies to meet complex and challenging business demands and the needs of individual professionals.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and has extensive experience in organizational development. Ms. Dunton has received specialized training with National Training Labs, the Gestalt Institute, the Center for Creative Leadership, the University of Michigan’s Organizational Career Development and the Center for Reengineering Leadership programs.

Prior to starting Potential Released Consulting Services in 1996, she spent most of her career with a Fortune 500 Company. She has experience with operations and human resources and has developed programs for over 25,000 employees. At Potential Released Ms. Dunton has worked with numerous organizations from the private, public and non-profit sectors.

Diane’s work has been published in the American Society for Training and Development’s Team and Organizational Development Sourcebook, which is used nationally by human resource professionals.


Jennifer Hawkes Morris of Potential Released Consulting Services has extensive human resource, recruiting and staffing experience.
Jennifer's experience includes working with a broad array of organizations from Fortune 500 companies to Maine owned-operated businesses in the manufacturing, financial, distribution, healthcare and staffing industries.

During Jennifer's career she has managed numerous local and national recruiting searches, created and implemented workplace policies and HR procedures, investigated a wide variety of sensitive workplace issues such as discrimination, sexual harassment and ADA.
Additionally, Jennifer is a Certified Worker's Compensation Professional from Michigan State University.

Jennifer is a native of Greater Portland and holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine.
